In fiscal 2018, we evolved our packaging to further communicate the time and care that goes into every bottle of J.P. Wiser’s Canadian whisky. Finer details include a premium bottle closure that lists the values of the people who make the whisky: patience, perseverance and pride. The bolder, premium look was applied first to Deluxe, our flagship whisky, and then to the entire J.P. Wiser’s brand family.

We also continued to innovate, having never shied away from experimenting or exploring new ideas. Recent innovations such as Last Barrels and Dissertation, and limited editions such as Canada 150, Canada 2018 (celebrating the 200-year anniversary of the 49th parallel as the border that defines Canada) and Seasoned Oak, are resonating with consumers and spurring J.P. Wiser’s growth in the premium space. The limited release J.P. Wiser’s 35 Years Old won the coveted Whisky of the Year and Connoisseur Whisky of the Year at the 2018 Canadian Whisky Awards.
