Our generous dividend policy provides for quarterly dividends to be paid at the greater of 90% of net earnings in the preceding fiscal year and $0.60 per share, subject to business conditions and opportunities and appropriate adjustment for extraordinary events.
Corby’s strong balance sheet enabled the all-cash acquisitions of Domaines Pinnacle (previous owner of our Ungava Spirits brands) in 2016 and the Foreign Affair winery in 2017. Ungava gin and Cabot Trail cream liqueur have since become two of the fastest growing spirits brands in Canada.
